PAYMENT METHODS

We offer you several options to pay for your order:

1. Cash on delivery

You pay the carrier upon receipt of the shipment in cash or by payment card. A cash-on-delivery fee may be charged according to the current price list of the transport company.

2. Bank transfer in advance

After processing your order, we will send you a proforma invoice with payment details. Goods are shipped within the following business days after the payment is credited to our account.

4. Cash or card payment upon personal pickup

You pay for the goods upon pickup at our premises in Prague. Cash payments are accepted.

 

DELIVERY METHODS

Delivery method: Personal pickup; GLS – to address; Schenker, Raben, Toptrans (large shipments)

Delivery cost will be calculated according to carrier rates to the selected country based on cargo dimensions

Personal pickup

1. Warehouse pickup (prepaid)

Opening hours:

Monday – Friday: 8:00 – 15:30

Conditions: Goods must be paid in advance by bank transfer

After payment is credited, we will contact you to confirm the goods are ready for pickup

2. Showroom pickup (cash or card payment)

Address: U Elektry 830/2B, 198 00 Prague 9 – Hloubětín, Entrance “A”, 1st floor

Opening hours: Monday – Friday: 8:30 – 17:00

By prior arrangement

Conditions: Cash or card payment on site

Pickup date and time must be agreed in advance
