How does the Saunum climate system work?

The principle behind Saunum is simple, yet revolutionary in the world of sauna bathing. An integrated fan draws in overheated air from the upper part of the cabin, mixes it inside the unit with cooler air from lower levels, and returns it back as a homogeneous, soft steam. The temperature difference between the floor and the ceiling is reduced from the typical 20–30 °C to just a few degrees.
What does this mean in practice? Pouring water over the stones no longer causes a suffocating burst of heat under the ceiling. The steam spreads gently and evenly throughout the entire room. You can stay longer, breathe calmly, and truly relax.
Models from the Experience, Pro Experience, and SPA Session series additionally include a container with Himalayan salt spheres. During operation, negative ions are released into the air, which purify it and have a positive effect on the respiratory system and skin – this is a natural halotherapy effect available directly in your home sauna.
